These terms apply when you use the Tellvo.app iPhone app, the setup page at setup.tellvo.app and the push service behind calls while the app is closed. By using them, you agree to these terms.

What Tellvo.app is

Tellvo.app is a phone app for SIP lines. It connects to the phone service you get from your own provider or company. We don’t provide phone numbers, phone service or emergency calling.

Emergency calls

Do not rely on Tellvo.app for emergency calls. Call emergency services with your iPhone’s regular Phone app.

Your lines

You are responsible for having the right to use the SIP lines you add, and for any charges from your provider. Calls are placed and billed by your provider, not by us.

Subscriptions

Personal and Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions sold by Apple through the App Store. They renew until you cancel in your Apple ID settings. Apple’s terms for purchases and refunds apply. Features and limits of each plan are shown in the app before you subscribe.

Fair use

Don’t use Tellvo.app to break the law, to make calls you aren’t allowed to make, or to interfere with our services or anyone else’s.

The service

We work to keep the setup page and the push service available, but we can’t promise they will always be. Calls depend on your provider, your network and Apple’s push service. We may change or end features; when a paid feature changes, we tell you in the app.

Liability

Tellvo.app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for missed calls, lost data or indirect damages arising from its use.
